The room is spotless and updated, comes with a couch, fridge, plus a very nice shower. Everyone who works in the venue is exceptionally nice and courteous.

Although there are many hotels in the area, we always chose this hotel. The staff couldnt be better. Our room is always clean and comfortable.

Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Parking for Handicap was a little difficult.

The hotel has a fantastic location near Lowell Memorial Auditorium and the Tsongas Arena, where the UMass Lowell River Hawks play. The staff was exceptionally helpful and provided all the information needed. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of food options.

very nice, efficient staff good value nice, clean room easy to access from I-93 or I-495 (good alternative to expensive Boston hotels if you're coming from/heading North of Boston) nice touches like coffee, fresh apples and orange-flavored ice water available in the lobby good wifi

breakfast is included, but it was so crowded and the food choices so reduced that I went someplace else.

Didn't have a bad experience

The stay was absolutely great. Everything was perfectly fine in this well-maintained hotel. All of the staff were attentive and efficient. Loved the location, very convenient. Local fast food option Dunkin' was just a 5-minute walk away.

No services room no microwave . No refrigerator. No hair dryer . The Queen bed is not queen size .

The room was spacious with a good bathroom. The location is unbeatable, close to everything like Tsongas Arena, UMass Lowell River Hawks, Boston downtown, and nature.

When I searched for the address near Lowell Ma. I was directed to the Fairfield Property.Missled a Double for 2 people but ended up with a small double bed for two ( not acceptable)and no help from staff who were indifferent. We ended needing a room for a couple of extra nights for business and was directed to the Courtyard Inn in Chelmsford. The property was much closer to where we wanted to be, was less expensive and was superior in every way. This was the first time I have been dissapointed in Bookings.com. I will give it one more try then abandon the site. Cordially, Mark J. Brill

This place has a great location, close to everything, the room is sparkling clean and modern with complimentary tea and coffee, and having a couch is a nice touch.

Breakfast was horrible, toilet didn't flush right. Elevator slow.
